Purpose Statement

Purpose Statement:

The Halifax Baptist Association of churches voluntarily cooperates to assist one another in glorifying God by fulfilling the Great Commission, and encouraging a "Kindgom Vision".

Objectives:

To assist in the accomplishing of the mission of its churches, the objedtives of Halifax Baptist Association among its member churches are:

     1. To promote prayer, evangelism, and discipleship.

     2. To coordinate prayer, financial and personal involvement in 

          mission efforts, both local and abroad.

     3. To edify our existing churches and pastors.

     4. To encourage new church starts.

    5. To assist as needed in resources and training.

Resulting in the expansion of the Kingdom and the Glory of God.
